Apple has expanded its lineup of Apple Watch bands for spring 2017, the company announced Tuesday.
Among the new lineup is a new series of striped Woven Nylon bands in spring color options such as Berry, Tahoe Blue, Orange, Red, Pollen and Midnight Blue. Apple also released a new non-striped Woven Nylon band in Midnight Blue — and all of the options are available for $49 each.
Classic Buckle bands have gotten a new buckle style update, and are now available in Sapphire, Berry and Taupe for $149 each. The Sport band has gotten new colors, too: Pebble, Azure and Camellia. In addition, Apple Watch owners will finally be able to purchase the perforated Nike Sport Bands separately in three color options — Anthracite/Black, Pure Platinum/White and Volt/Black for $49 each.
The luxurious, calfskin leather Apple Watch Hermès bands have also gotten a new update with the following — retailing at different price points depending on the option.
- 38mm Double Tour in Bleu Zéphyr Epsom leather
- 38mm Double Buckle Cuff in Fauve Barenia leather
- 42mm Single Tour in Lime Epsom leather
- 42mm Single Tour in Colvert Swift leather
In addition, there’s a new Hermès Apple Watch Series 2 that comes with a 38mm Double Buckle Cuff in Fauve Barenia calfskin, as well as an exclusive, orange Hermès Sport band.
Modern Buckle, Leather Loop and previous Woven Nylon bands are still available for purchase. The Link Bracelet in both Space Black and White is now being sold separately, as well. It’s worth noting that while today’s announcement expands the Apple Watch color and band lineup, it does limit the options available to purchasers of new Apple Watch models. Aside from the Apple Watch Hermès collection, all new Apple Watch models will now only be available with Sport band or Milanese Loop when purchased.
All of the new bands are currently available to purchase from Apple’s online retail store, and should hit brick-and-mortar outlets later this month, the company said.
